• Why do you want a career in sales?

“It takes a certain type of someone to be successful at sales and I’m that type of person. You need to be able to explain effectively and make a great closing arguement to sell something. I live for the commission of a job well done.

• Do you find sales stressful?

“Not at all. In fact, sometimes I enjoy watching the stress of others and it picks me up. Sales isn’t a choice, it’s a lifestyle”

• Are you ethical?

“A good salesperson is someone that can always be ethical while still making a sale. Unethical sales people give salespeople a bad reputation”

• How would you describe the pace at which you work?

I work at an extremely fast pace, however I do take the time to review priorities to make sure my pace is aligned with objectives

• How do you handle stress and pressure?

Pressure and stress are not factors to me. I have enough experience with both to know that you just need to take a breath and move on

• What motivates you?

Always answer family. “My family motivates me. I work as hard as possible at work so I can always provide a better lifestyle for my family”

• What do you find are the most difficult decisions to make?

Decision making for me is extremely easy, however when a decision effects someone else’s life, those generally take more consideration
